Shipping and returns

  • Everything ships from Ohio, packed by me. Orders go out within 2 business days. Once it ships you'll get a tracking number by email.

    US shipping is free on every order.

    Journals ship in padded mailers and seed balls ship in boxes. Seed balls are hand-made and paper-based; if a few crack in transit, they still work. That's the point of them.

  • If something arrives damaged or wrong, email hello@nosuchthingclub.com within 14 days with a photo and I'll replace it or refund it. No forms, no restocking fee, no lecture.

    If you changed your mind, unused journals can come back within 14 days for a full refund. You cover return postage. Seed balls can't be returned once they've been opened, because they're seeds.

  • If tracking says delivered and it isn't, check with neighbors and your carrier first. If it's still missing after 5 days, email me and we'll sort it out.
