By using nosuchthingclub.com or buying something here, you're agreeing to these. They're short on purpose.
Orders
Prices are in US dollars. I can decline or cancel an order if something's wrong with it (pricing error, fraud flags, out of stock). If that happens you get a full refund and an email explaining why.
Coaching
Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for either. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 in the US. Sessions are booked, rescheduled, and cancelled through the scheduling tool on the Work With Colleen page under the terms shown there.
Say It Out Loud
The chat is provided by Rocky.ai and is subject to their terms. It's a coaching tool, not a person, and not an emergency service.

The words, designs, and photos on this site belong to No Such Thing Club. Share links freely. Don't copy the journal.
The Club
The Club page takes comments and anonymous submissions.
Everything is read before it’s posted. Comments are approved or deleted as written. Submissions may be trimmed for length and to remove anything that could identify you or anyone else, without changing what you meant.
You still own what you wrote. By commenting or sending a submission, you give No Such Thing Club permission to publish it on nosuchthingclub.com and, if you checked the box, on the Club’s Instagram and Facebook. It won’t be used in ads or on products.
Names, identifying details, selling, links, and anything meant to hurt someone get deleted.
Comments are other people’s experience. Nothing in the Club is therapy, medical advice, or legal advice.
The Club isn’t watched around the clock. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988 in the US. If you’re in danger, call 911.
Liability
I'll do my best to get you the right thing in good condition, on time. Beyond replacing or refunding what you bought, No Such Thing Club isn't liable for anything else that happens as a result of using the site or its products.
