By using nosuchthingclub.com or buying something here, you're agreeing to these. They're short on purpose.
Orders
Prices are in US dollars. I can decline or cancel an order if something's wrong with it (pricing error, fraud flags, out of stock). If that happens you get a full refund and an email explaining why.
Coaching
Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for either. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 in the US. Sessions are booked, rescheduled, and cancelled through the scheduling tool on the Work With Colleen page under the terms shown there.
Say It Out Loud
The chat is provided by Rocky.ai and is subject to their terms. It's a coaching tool, not a person, and not an emergency service.

I'll do my best to get you the right thing in good condition, on time. Beyond replacing or refunding what you bought, No Such Thing Club isn't liable for anything else that happens as a result of using the site or its products.
