I don't do silver linings.

I'm not going to ask what you're grateful for. I'm going to ask what's actually going on, and then we'll work with that.

Who this is for

You've done the reading. You've done the journaling, the app, the podcast with the neuroscientist. You are not short on information. You're short on someone who will sit with the specific mess of your life and not flinch.

That's the job.

You don't need another person telling you to look on the bright side. I know because I did that, sincerely, after a brain tumor. I was alive and I was grateful and it was real. And then reality sank in that I would never be the same person again, and every bit of that gratitude went quiet. What helped was someone willing to say yes, this is a loss, now what. That's the coaching I do. The training behind it is real, CBT, shadow work, emotional intelligence, boundaries, self-care, and I lean on it. But the reason it works is that I know what it's like when the bright side runs out.

This is for you if:

  • You're carrying more than anyone can see and you're tired of being the one who's fine

  • You know what you should do and can't figure out why you're not doing it

  • Something happened, or is still happening, and the people around you have run out of things to say

  • You'd like to stop performing for one hour a week

It's not therapy. If you need therapy, I'll say so, and I'll help you find it.

How it works

We meet on video. You talk. I ask the question underneath the question. Sometimes we build a plan and sometimes we just find the thing you've been walking around for months and put it down on the table where you can see it.

No homework unless you want it. No worksheets. No "and how did that make you feel" in that voice.

Pick one

One Conversation

One hour. $175.

For the thing you already know the answer to and still can't do. You don't need more information. You need an hour with someone who won't flinch.

The Next Brave Thing

Four sessions in six weeks. $600.

For the thing that's going to take more than one conversation. Six weeks is long enough to actually change something and short enough that you can't hide in it.

In Your Corner

Two sessions a month. $300 a month.

For when you want someone on a standing basis. Same person, no re-explaining your life every time. Stop whenever. No guilt trip.

Not sure which one? Book One Conversation. If it turns out you need more, I'll say so, and the $175 comes off whatever you pick next.

24 hours to book, 24 hours to move it. Inside that, the session counts. Everyone gets one late cancel on me. If I have to cancel, you get a free reschedule and my apology.

Not ready for a person yet

Say It Out Loud

A coaching chat that answers back. It's on your phone, it's free to start, and it doesn't care what time it is. Built on what I'd ask you if you were sitting across from me. Good for the 2am version of the problem, or for figuring out whether the problem is big enough to bring to a person.

One more thing

You don't have to be at rock bottom to book. Most of the women I work with are functioning fine by every external measure. That's usually the problem.
